Did you say anything other than "YES" after he proposed?

I'm still waiting for him to ask me!

We just always talked about "when we're married" and then just picked a date. I never got a proposal

(he did ask my parents though)

I squealed "IS THIS FOR REAL???? ARE YOU MESSING WITH ME????" for about ten minutes and finally I said, "Oh, YES by the way!!!"

I actually exclaimed things before he asked... we were driving through a Christmas Light display, and he pulled the car over and asked me to get out of the car... i then started saying 'are you kidding? It's not really in your pocket is it? It's not really in there is it?' Once he got down on one knee, all I could think was 'let him ask before I say yes' and the I said YES! I was soo soo shocked. I didn't even cry, which is weird.. but when we told his mom, she started crying, so then I started crying. What an amazing day that was!

I said "mmhu", and he demanded a yes.. So I said yes... xD

I found my e-ring in my jewelry box when I got home from work, it's my routine to remove all my jewelry and put them back in my jewelry box before I take a shower, and I noticed something odd, I remember thinking, "that doesn't belong to me, wtf, who has been in here?" Then it kinda settled in, I just stood there, crying then I felt him hugged me from behind, he took the ring and slid it on my finger and he said I'll take that as a yes. I never told him about my first thought.

Mine didn't actually ask me, per se. . .we were kind of arguing about whether or not it was a good time to do it, while we were out shopping. I went in a store, got what we needed, and went back out to the car. He jumped out, took me by the shoulders, and said, "I want you to be my wife!"

I said, "Fine!"

He said, "Fine."

I said, "Wait. . .did we just get engaged? Oh my God, I gotta call my Mom!"

We were laughing about it the next day and he finally asked properly, and I of course said yes.

"Yes" didn't exactly come out of my mouth when he asked me to marry him. I didn't think he was serious lol! He always asked me to marry him so I gave him the same answer of "Yeah, probably, eventually one day." that I normally gave him when he asked. It wasn't until after I said that, that he took out the ring and asked again. I kind of kept chanting "Oh my God, oh my God, what are you doing?!" before finally saying 'yes' and followed by "Oh my God!".

We were on a very crowded bridge, and FH was a little embarrassed to do it in front of so many people, so he was hugging me when he said, "so, will you marry me?" and I said, "is this for real?" He said "Yes," So, I asked him, "Then why aren't you down on one knee?" and he did then asked me Will you marry me? again and I finally said YES!!!

The first thing I said was, "OMG!!!!!!!!!!" Then I started crying. I hadn't even said yes yet and my FH was still on one knee waiting for me to say yes. I started nodding my head yes really fast like a bobblehead, and he said, "so is that a yes?" I finally had to scream "YES!" because I was at a loss for words at that point... lol

I think I said "Are you serious?" about 5 times, and never actually said yes.....then, 10 minutes latey, he says "You know, you never really answered my question" haha I didn't think I had to actually say yes!

He had put the ring on our dogs collar, then let him in bed with me. After I rolled over and saw the ring on his collar, I noticed him on his knee. It was so sweet that he incorporated our dogs, I mean...children.

I was speechless for about 10 seconds. Through tears I whispered yes.

I just stood there with my mouth open in schok, then I started laughing and crying. FH said is that a yes? Then I nodded and gave him a big hug and kiss.

Brat FH *woke me up* at 6:45am. He told me it would be a surprise that I didn't see coming, and he was so right. I opened my eyes enough to see the flowers, said they were nice, then tried to go back to sleep. I know a "Wait, what? Seriously?" came out while I was struggling to wake up. I also think I said "That looks like a real ring" (as opposed to a generic loaner ring so we could pick it out together) and I know I said "I can't see...where are my glasses?" (which he had ready). I think I also said something about the diamond being big. Then I realized I hadn't answered his question, and said, "Of course!" I obviously don't do mornings, and what I said vs what I thought is all a bit hazy.

I was to shocked and it was so cold out that my nose was running and I looked terrible....so I said yes but then later made him do it again because I had totally forgotten that he was even down on one knee!!!! I think he has re proposed 6 times just because. hahah

I said "are you serious" and that made him mad lol and he said "what the hell do you think I'm on my knee" lol

I just stared at him for about 5 minutes and said "if you are joking, I will kill you" lol I was in such shock! So happy

I knew something was up when he was paseing around the kitchen and acting funny. I thought he had bad news or was guna leave me. then he came in our bed room and got on his knee and said "will you marry me?" I said omg are you serious? he said of course I am. then I started crying and hugged him and said yes.

My fmil answered for me I finally said yes after our crying session

"are you sure?"

Well... I knew that he was going to pick it up (we had a few discussions about it beforehand).

My parents were at our house and they knew the deal too.

I pulled back into the driveway and I went down to the garage. I sat down and was giving him a few minutes.

Pretty soon, I said... well... he pulled out the box and I pretty much grabbed it, opened it and put it on. He got misty and I hugged him (and for some reason I did not cry!)

After a couple minutes of telling each other how much we loved one another, I said.. Oh.. but the way... Yes!!
