Did your Bridal Party NOT match?

OK, to start with, we are not doing wedding colors, or a huge bridal party. Just a best man, maid of honor, and a flower girl. I've been pretty resolved that since I don't care at all about wedding colors that nobody will notice or remember, that I don't need to worry about our bridal party...

I've been pretty resolved that since I don't care at all about wedding colors that nobody will notice or remember, that I don't need to worry about our bridal party matching. Did anyone else feel this way? I want everyone to be able to pick out their own things to wear (including my mom/sister-in-law, who aren't officially bridal party but have asked what to wear) and express their own personality.

We didn't have a wedding party, just my niece and nephews. The boys' outfits were basic: white button down and khakis, brown shoes if they had them. Our flower girl wore a white dress of her mother's choice. My dad wore khakis and a white button down. The moms, and step-mom, wore whatever made them feel confident. (My mom ended up in black and white, MIL in yellow, and my step-mother in teal.)

I asked that mine where navy but I don't care if it's the same dress. Long, short, whatever. I want navy because it's one of my colors and there are tons of navy dresses right now so it's easy.

I only officially have a maid of honor as I haven't asked the rest yet, but my plan has been to just show them examples of colors I want them to pick from and let them find something. My MOH kind of screwed that up because her idea of "teal/turquoise/mint" was much too blue... but she found a dress for a really good price at Goodwill and I didn't have the heart to say it wasn't what I was thinking so FH and I decided it was just fine!!

I am only having two girls. The girls picked out different dresses in two different shades of gray. So no matching here!

Mine are all matching. I picked the color and they all picked the same dress so it worked out nicely.

My MOH dress is a shade different than my other two BM dresses. They all got a different style of dress but they're all floor length. Overall my bridal party doesn't match but as long as everyone is comfortable I'm not too concerned. I think pictures will still turn out great.
