Did your wedding hair match exactly like your inspiration photo?

Mine didn’t look exactly like the inspiration pic aha but it also was still pretty so I was ok with that

I think you just need bling and or a veil.

My hair has a mind of its own, so often I go with a photo and find a hairstylist that understands to work with my hair's personality.

I think she has more hair. Try clip in extensions.

Your hair looks amazing! I love the way it looks after your trial! My trial didn't match my inspo picture exactly, but I love how it turned out! My stylist said based on the size of my head, two braids on each side would be too overpowering. We're just doing one braid, and it turned out really nice still! I got extensions put in after my trial so it'll be longer the day of the wedding.

Here’s the back part. I forgot to spread out the accessory to shape it so it’s bunched up. Darn these Pinterest expectations!

The girl in the picture is wearing extensions, and most pinterest hair pictures are. So the extra volume & thickness is coming from extensions. I'd look into clips in to achieve a fuller look.

I'm fine with my curls at the bottom and the length. I have thick hair so it was already heavy, I can't imagine having more extensions in but I do have some in case we needed it.
I think I'm just confused on how they did the braiding part at the top? Is that weaved in or a braid? Not sure if I should be too concerned about that part if I'm going to have an accessory sit there anyway .

I'm not really sure what part you're referring to, I just am 99% sure the model is wearing extensions so that's why I mentioned it. Extensions tend to curl better too and respond better to hairspray than real hair.

The top portion of her head has been bumped up and volumized higher than yours. Also, her twists that are pinned are pinned much lower on the head then yours is.

You don't have the exact same hair as the picture, so it will never match exactly. The question isn't does it match, the question is do you like it?

however, after my first hair trial I decided the half-up thing just didn't look right on my head. I never wear my hair up, so I just decided to wear my hair totally down. best decision ever! it was so comfortable and I truly felt like "me."

Your hair color and texture looks almost like the photo!

I think it's important to have a little understanding that hair and makeup won't look exactly the same as inspirations pictures. Your hair length and texture is probably not identical to the model's (even if it looks similar in a photo), just like how makeup will look different based on your skin type and face shape.

I think Virginia’s comment is spot on. That’s what I was thinking too when I looked at it. Maybe if he pinned the braid or twist or whatever it is lower on your head at the level of your ear lobe or so then it will look closer. I think the model hair is more a deliberate side swept style and then pinned lower whereas your hair looks like it’s a half up style with the hair pulled to the side. I hope that makes sense. i think the braid with the accessory should be lower and more to the side maybe.

Also, it looks like they took some of the curls and pinned them up over the braided area to give it more dimension vs having a braid or a twist and letting the curled hair fall straight down underneath.

I think it looks good. Inspiration means just that - not a twin. That Pinterest pic has a lot more hair than you do and highlights.
