Chelsea, on July 26, 2011 at 11:19 AM Posted in Fitness and Health 0 91

So i just started lipozene yesterday because i'm trying to lose 30 pounds by the wedding. But i looked online and saw alot of otheres saying lipozene doesnt work and that lipofuze works alot. Is anyone else doing a diet pill? If so is working?

Are you exercising and eating right with the diet pill? no pill works unless you do those 2 things! id try going off the diet pill- it can actually mess with your body more, and just change the way you eat, and make an effort to do more physically active things. it doesnt have to be a workout- you would be surprised how many calories you burn doing house work!

I really would be careful with diet pills they can damage your liver and kidneys. I use Monavie RVL. I have literally been on almost every diet over the past couple of years. However, Monavie made me lose alot of weight and fast. Basically its 2 meal replacement shakes (tastes similar to a milkshake, very yummy lol) 2 appetitie curving pills and then you can have 2 healthy snacks and one normal meal. In a week I already looked leaner.

Eating habits are somewhat horrible. Its not that i eat alot its just what i eat, but i have cut back on sodas and that hasnt helped much. As for working out i get so tired from working i just never have the energy to do it. I have been lacking alot of energy lately but i need to lose weight so bad!!!!!

Lacking energy because of what you eat. The the first step of losing weight it figuring out a healthy diet. This doesnt mean eat fruits and veggies it means eat stuff that will actually benefit your body- such as giving you energy. Cutting back on soda is a huge deal, good choice.

If ya dont mind me asking whats your typical day look like food wise? Ill see if i can offer suggestions for replacements.

keep in mind im no doc or nutritionist I just have a chef for an FH and he learned all about the stuff while going to school. Doesnt mean we dont enjoy our butter though! Butter and salt are our weak points Smiley smile but can be used in a healthy manner.

I have the same problem. I am addicted to double stuff oreos and anything fatty. I heard about monavie through my close friend because he works for them. He actually got me into the company so I work as a distributor for them. (http://www.monaviervl.com/). The only thing is I find it to be expensive with all the wedding planning and bills. Its about 250 a month, but when broken down its $3 a meal so $6 per day food wise. I mean I guess I pay that much on groceries anyway.

Ok breakfast i normally skip or have a bagel lunch if i'm working is mcdonalds because i work at wlamart and hate to bring lunch and mcdonalds is in the store. Dinner well is the usual maybe some turkey and gravy with mashed potatoes or a meat loaf with pasta salad u know basic stuff. Ill maybe snack a little only a little like a granola bar or something. I've been drinking alot of water and tea but maybe one soda a day if that.

Anjulie is very right, diet pills only help you lose weight but you still have to try yourself. I started taking caffine-free hydroxi-cut. I've used the regular pill before when I had my gym membership and it helped a lot (stopped taking it only because I hated how gittery it made me feel- hence, the caffine free this round).

Just remember, losing weight fast is usually just a "temporary fix". If you really want to lose the weight, it needs to be paired with a healthy lifestyle that involves workout and a balanced diet. And I'm sure you've heard this before.. Smiley winking

Vitamin B-12 is a really good natural source of energy, or if you want a soda substiute, zip-fizz is also delicious and contains loads of vitamin B (I used to drink it before my morning coffee). Also, I heard on the radio that simple things like not taking too hot of showers in the morning and drinking 1 or 2 cups of water first thing in the morning can make a difference.. I've yet to test that- I like my hot showers.

And as for McD's, I made a pact with myself that if I were to go to fastfood, it would be for a salad lol or their fruit salad, that's good too.. It's only rough when you don't feel like it is enough food, but the diet pills do help you feel full when you should.

    McDouble - 390 cals.

You work at Walmart-- they have lots of frozen lean meals for a dollar.

You just don't want to eat the less tasteful stuff, right?

Lol yeah i think the lack of energy is my biggest problem with losing the weight. So sometimes thats my reasoning for drinking that one soda for the caffeine.

Well i gotta say taste does matter and i'm scared to buy the a frozen meal because its like what i dont like the taste then i just waisted money on something i'm not going to eat and wasted half of my lunch hour. If there maybe a good frozen lean meal i can eat that actually tastes good?
