So i just started lipozene yesterday because i'm trying to lose 30 pounds by the wedding. But i looked online and saw alot of otheres saying lipozene doesnt work and that lipofuze works alot. Is anyone else doing a diet pill? If so is working?

Lean Cuisine costs $2-$3 (depending on if they are on sale). Taste good, lots of the meals are under 300 calories. You'd just need to keep it frozen until lunch time (frig or insulated bag) and heat in a microwave.

Dont waste money on a gym. walk around the neighborhood, do you have stairs? make yourself go up and down them more often, vacuum everyday, clean the walls, etc. if you feel so inclined look on the internet for exercises and do them, but mostly you need cardio and housework and walking will give you that all for free!

To add: Congrats on quitting soda! That's a HUGE step. I shed 5 pounds the month I quit drinking soda from doing that alone.

Also, try tea with splenda or another no-calorie sweetener like that. Drink LOTS of water, especially if you drink a lot of tea as the caffiene will dehydrate you and caus eyou to keep weight on. Water is the best weight loss supplement out there!

Lean Cuisines are MUCH better than McDonald's, and I eat them myself. But watch out for eating TOO many of them, they are very high in sodium, which will cause you to retain water and "blimp up".

I used to get up at 4:30 to work out in the Army. If I could do it.. then so can you.

Smiley smile What you need is MOTIVATION--- not energy... you need to believe that you can and WILL do this. Now.. do 10 situps before you type another thing on here. GO!

I havent quit soda just yet i've just cut back. I'm highly addicted to soda and its as hard to quit that as it is for my to quit smoking.

lmao Rachel i actually have to go clean the house. I have dr appointment in an hour and a half and need to get some house work done. My Dr. is checking my blood pressure for the second time this month, they said if it doesnt go down today they might have to give me medicine for it. They think the blood pressure problem is also because of my diet.

But i'm ganna go clean i'll check for more infor from yall in a bit.

    Dear Chelsea,

I, personally, have tried pills & crazy diets - but what has worked for many people before and will work for you if you stick to it is eating right and doing cardio. Cut on carbs and sugar, eat more steamed veggies and fish, take stairs instead of elevator/escalator, walk instead of driving when possible, bike, jog. Diet pills can mess with your body - but if you want to take them, talk with your doctor first? Best wishes!

Tell your doctor to give you a chance to do it naturally first... a lot of blood pressure meds will actually cause you to gain weight.

Ummm no excuses. It takes 1 min to do the 10 situps. Once you start training yourself to get moving, it will be more natural. You want to lose weight? You are going to have to work!!

And yes.. you ladies would be cursing my name if I was your personal motivator! haha

Like Jen L said about the showers, I know when I take cold showers, it's very refreshing, and tend to give me more energy. Also, I was doing the B12. It helped a little. I was on the shot though which you can't get w/ out prescrition, but I'd think the vitaimin from the store would be good too. though It's not as 'concentrated, and not sent directly into your blood stream' Also i used to take those ONE A DAY vitamins, the ones for a faster metabolism i am not sure if it was just in my head, but it gave me alot of energy. I think they even have one for 'energy' now, as well.

    GOOD LUCK!
