How can I add a space for guests to let me know if they have dietary restrictions if I'm using weddingwire website for rsvp?

Ask Customer Support. We had a dedicated line for any dietary restrictions on our RSVP cards.

I wrote a note for them to comment in the rsvp if they have any dietary restrictions

This is the best suggestion!!
In the text box on your RSVP page make sure to include instructions for your guests to include a comment with their RSVP about their dietary restrictions!
