Different color bridesmaid dresses?

I can’t decide how I feel about this. We’re having a smaller simple boho themed wedding, the main colors are sage green and blush. I can’t figure out which of those I want the bridesmaid dresses to be. My maid of honor suggested doing both which I feel like would potentially be cute for a bigger bridal party, but I’m only having 2 maybe 3 people in my party. Thoughts?!

    You can have your maid of honor wear a different color dress than the 1-2 bridesmaids!

    I contemplated this with dusty sage and vintage mauve for my two MOHs (no bridesmaids), but ultimately decided two different shades of mauve. I agree that it would look cute for a bigger bridal party, but I thought with two it wouldn’t look intentional and cohesive.

    I think it would look good, especially for a wedding with a boho vibe. I found this picture with similar colors & think it totally works!

    I typically don't like the look of multiple colored bridesmaids dresses. It's just... a lot. However, the photo Chrysta posted above is nice.

    I think it would look gorgeous even with a smaller group, but if you're worried you can always incorporate the color you don't pick for the dresses into the flowers!

    I am thinking of the same thing, boho with sage green and dusty blue, I will be having 1 MOH, 2 BM, and 1 Jr. Bridesmaid, was also wondering about the cohesiveness of this, I love the look but wonder with such a small BP.

    I'm having multiple colors at our wedding in December. MOH and Jr. BM are wearing Gem (hunter green) and my BM's are wearing Wine (burgundy). We have a big wedding party and I thought it would be nice to have those two stand out and give some depth to the pictures.
