Dinner for Vendors

I’ve heard photo booth workers always get left out of the vendor meal count. I think it would definitely be nice to offer to them. Check your contract if they require it or just ask them!

I’ll be feeding everyone. Photographers, videographer, day of coordinator, officiant, DJ. Basically if they’re working our wedding at all I’ll be feeding them. I’ll also be feeding lunch to my hair and makeup person and my coordinator, photographers and videographer. Our DJ and officiant won’t be there until later so I won’t have lunch for them

My Officiant, coordinator, and hair/makeup girls are all family and friends so they will be invited. The photobooth arrival time will be during dinner, so I wasn't sure if they would've already eaten. But I'll speak with them to find out.
