Has anyone ever had Dippin' Dots as a late night snack at a wedding? I saw a really cool video of someone doing it and was thinking about doing it for my wedding in August! The only thing I worry about is if the dry ice will keep it cool enough. I was thinking of having a scheduled delivery for the day before the wedding, but I just worry if I replenish the dry ice, if it would work? Any suggestions?

Dry ice is very efficient. You don’t have to worry about it melting unless you have extreme temperatures. Store everything in a cool dark area until you are ready to serve if they don’t have staffing.
