Discussion Notifications

Holly, on February 27, 2022 at 7:01 PM Posted in Account Support 1 3

Can I turn off notifications for a discussion? It's been a month and I'm getting notifications still of people repeating the same answer. I know I can't delete it, which is frustrating, and I really don't want to keep getting notifications. It's essentially turning into an argument in the comments.

Go to your forums profile, then to settings, then to notifications.

Also, just to note—once you start a thread, you can’t really control where it goes. Just because you got what you wanted out of it doesn’t mean other people are done contributing. And their responses might help other people. And I’d hardly call your back and forth in that thread an argument.

I recognize I can’t control where it goes- hence wanting to turn off my notifications to it. There isn’t an issue with not wanting to get notifications for the same answer over and over on an old thread. Thx, though.
