Well I do love the center piece you showed me Desiree and I was planning on doing that but my mother doesn't like it so I'm stuck lol.

Well my color is dusty rose and I am planning on doing a 1920s theme. So I was looking into The tower vase with feathers on top and putting little lights in the vase to make it look nice. But I am on a budget and I was planning on renting the centerpieces but they are expensive to rent. They go for $45.00 and up.Just for one centerpiece so I am planning on doing it myself. So can anyone give me any advice. Or pretty great prices. I will surely appreciate it.

How much in advance of your wedding should you start coming up with this stuff? My wedding is a while away and I'll be doing a lot of the decor myself...I'm guessing I should at least have a color scheme by now??

Do you have an Ikea in your area? I say start looking in there for vases, they are very affordable, and utilize your dollar store, flowers I say look in Michael's (if you have one) they have very afforable flowers and take advantage of coupons and discounts!

Check out the dollar tree stuff, you can make some great centerpieces.

Well my wedding is 10 months away and I am trying to do things ahead of time so that I won't be like a nut trying to find things and get things done. I already have my venue, photographer, videographer, and dj.

I have the color and theme for my venue all I need is my centerpieces and dress and I'll be great! Lol but I really appreciate everyone letting me in on great ideas and well definitely look forward into doing that. Thanks alot
