for those with bald or very thin patches of hair is either a Juliette cap, or a tiny cup shaped or pillbox hat or hair jewelry made into a Juliette cap, with a small veil, usually birdcage veil. Google juliette cap with birdcage veil, as there several hundred styles on the market.

I recommend wearing a fascinator hat. You van even get one with a veil/blusher.

I'm not really after a veil, but I've always wanted an excuse to wear a fascinator. 😉

I am not sure if you want but I am very thin on top from years of extensions but there is a thing called a frontal which is like the top half of a wig. You could look into extensions to cover for the day. Many black hair stylists can do all kinds of hair.

Bob cuts can really make your hair look fuller and hide your scalp. Sometimes the longer your hair is the more it weighs down and shows your scalp. Also wigs/extensions can help. My hair was sooo thin and since getting it cut short it just looks fuller

Hair vines, made with beads, disguise thin and thick hair spots. thicker, faceted glass or celestial crystal beads like little diamonds, with little pearl beads, can be made to trail in braids, but can also be tied together into caps, and attached to small pieces of veiling. Three or four rows of varied sparkle and pearl, making a wide headband rather than a single row as shown, is easy.
