Just curious, how many wedding photos do y’all have framed or otherwise displayed around your house (and which ones? 😄) Or if you’re not married yet, do you have an idea of how many you plan to hang up and what types of photos you’ll want to display? Right now we have either 2 or 3 (depending on...

Or if you’re not married yet, do you have an idea of how many you plan to hang up and what types of photos you’ll want to display?

Right now we have either 2 or 3 (depending on what you count). First one is in an 8x10 frame that we were gifted, second is in a 4x6 frame on the wall, and third one isn’t framed but it’s the cover of our album which we keep on the coffee table.

I feel like, how many pictures of ourselves do we really need hanging up? Lol. But I’ve also been considering maybe one of those collage frames and putting in some of the family photos we took at the wedding... Haven’t decided yet, but just curious what the rest of you have done or plan to do!

You guys are too cute! I plan on having many... Like a mini collage on the wall in the living area. And at least 1 or 2 in the bedroom. I'm going to be one of those brides - for sure. But my bff whom is married as at least 3 or 4 in the immediate space of not only their wedding, but them on vacations as well. It's totally appropriate.

Here are pictures of my gallery wall, mantel, and 2 e-pics next to my fireplace. I also had our first dance picture turned into an oil painting and framed it.

We only have three pictures up; more than that seems like too much to me. One 8x10 and a double 5x7 frame that holds each of our favorite pictures of us on the day (the frame was a wedding gift).

But I love the song lyrics! Did you order that from somewhere?

Since the pictures weren’t all of just us, I didn’t think I had up too many. 🤷‍♀️ As new life events happen I can switch out the pics.
I just copied the lyrics off the internet and into Word. Set the margins to and 8x10(that’s just what I used) and then insert a square and set it to 5x7(again just what i used) and place it in the center of the document. Paste the text into the document, you have to set the settings to have the text wrap the square. I chose a fancy font (it may have been the one I used on the invites). I had to make the font small enough to fit all the lyrics.
I saved the file as a PDF and took it to staples and printed it on the same paper as my invites. I cut out the rectangle In the middle and put in my print 😊

Thanks for the tips! I'll have to add this to my projects (which means I'll probably get to it in a year, haha). BTW, I just wanted to clarify that my intention wasn't to comment on the number of pictures in your display, just making a general comment in response to the OP.

I'll plan on at least one large one in our bedroom that will be hanging with part of our decor for our head table. And there will probably be a framed 8x10 or 11x14 with our invitations framed next to it in our living area as well as framed family pictures from the day. We will also probably have our engagement photos up as well, maybe a collage.

My grandma has a wedding photo of her and my grandpa in the middle with all of her kids and grandkids surrounding it. My mom also has something similar - a large framed picture of herself in her wedding gown with their invitation framed underneath it. I think they also have a couple other framed wedding photos around the house.
