I really wonder if it’s worth it in this day and age when everyone has cameras on their phones. There’s also the cost of getting the photos developed. Something like WedPix is free and you’ll probably get better results.

I check that site out. But thought I'd be a fun thing to do. Who knows what types of pictures you'd get out of them.

I've considered this as well because I think it's a cute idea. It would allow for a ton of candids and what not. I would simply try to google it and see what you can find there! Good Iuck ❤️

Have a setup where guests can upload their own pictures taken on their camera phones.

I haven’t seen that done in a long time, but remember how cute it was! Can be a fun nostalgic thing to add, as long as they don’t walk off with the guests afterwards lol.

I’m also in a similar situation. We were going to do Polaroids but the cameras are like 150 a piece. As far as disposable cameras go, The Knot shop has a really cute one for $8.99, But I’m sure your best bet would be to buy from Walmart in bulk.

If you're still looking for Polaroid/instant cameras, check Amazon, I bought a couple from there and they work super well. I ended up buying used cameras in Like New condition for way cheaper than new, and they both work great. The downside is that the film isn't cheap, the best price I found was for around $6 for a pack of 10. This is the camera I bought:

Probably amazon. But just a heads up you’ll most likely be paying about $15 a camera to develop them.

I looked into this but in my opinion they are expensive. Then like others have said, the cost of developing them. I was going to do it for the kids that will be at my wedding but I just cannot spend that much for who knows what type of pictures I would get from the kids. Lol!!

Those are surprisingly expensive but I think Amazon is probably the only place I know

Maybe you can check your Sam’s Club, BJ Wholesale or Costco. They do sell things in bulk. I’m not sure about cameras but it is worth a shot.

This is a really good idea! I'm hoping to do this, too, just because I think it'll be cute to get them developed before we go on the honeymoon! The long plane ride will be way better with these photos to look at.

We are using a site called The Guest. It's a free download and program. You set the time when photos start and an end time when they stop. All are uploaded to a site. We are using it because even people who cannot attend can see the photos as they come through the site. We live in Texas and have friends and family in Michigan and in other states.
