Disposable dishes/glassware

KYLIAN, on March 10, 2017 at 3:19 PM Posted in Planning 0 10

Is anyone using disposable dishes or glassware ? Ours is an outdoor wedding and it seems acceptable to use them . If so, what company are you using ?

Party City also has some decent tableware. We're ordering the bulk of our tableware from Smarty Had a Party but cutlery was actually cheaper through Party City. Definitely compare prices before you order. I've also seen napkins at Bed Bath & Beyond for good prices in bulk, and they usually offer 20% off coupons every week.

Sams club has the nicer plastic ones. I also got plastic stemless wine glasses. My venue does not allow glass

For outdoor wedding I would go with disposable palm leaf plates. I've seen them at a wedding in France and I think it's an amazing solution as they are absolutely natural so you won't have tons of plastic left after your wedding. They are very sturdy and can nearly be mistaken for wooden plates, so I think they are a beautiful complement to an earthy, rustic décor. They can also look very elegant if styled with linen napkins. A few different brands sells them on Amazon.
