Go on Instagram and look for hair stylists and makeup artists in your area. Quite a number of them posted feature diverse ethnicities.

Try the thumbtack app. They’ll have a list of a number of people in your area and their previous experience and groups of people they have worked with.

I'm black (Caribbean) and have black, white, and hispanic bridesmaids. I decided to go with a black owned bridal makeup company. A good MUA, no matter what race, should be skilled enough to work with any skin tone or facial structure, even if they haven't before. But in researching wedding MUAs, I've found that black MUAs (at least in the DC area) tend to have a more diverse portfolio, so maybe try looking for a black owned company!

Fellow Columbus bride here I am going with Alea Beauty for my bridal party hair and makeup and my own makeup. I found it was easier to find someone looking at their Instagram VS website...Instagram tends to show the most updated photos. I would also suggest just explaining your thoughts/feelings when reaching out if you like their style but the portfolio isn't showing all of the complexions you are hoping to cover. I hope you're able to find someone!!

Try looking for makeup artists that work in photoshoots and magazines and not only weddings!
I'm asian and had a makeup trial with a company with raving reviews (I'm getting married in a state where there isn't much diversity so I couldn't find any photos of Asian brides on any company's portfolios or social media to go by) and absolutely hated it. They didn't understand that Asians have different features and ended up doing a cookie cutter makeup that would look amazing on most of their clientele base. I spent months saving pictures of asian brides from Instagram and pinterest to show her, but she still went with what most of her other clients ask for. I managed to find a makeup artists that has worked in edits and photoshoots and she understood facial features very well and knew exactly what not to do or what exactly to highlight.

Welcome! I had also looked at a company called Le Luxe Beauty Concierge. Not sure what style you are looking for but they had a pretty diverse portfolio as well! The looks they tend to do were a bit more glam than what I am going for lol

No recommendations for you but just wanted to say I appreciate how you are considering all of your girls needs and trying to find someone that will do all of their diverse beauty justice! Not every bride is so considerate.
