diy arbor decor?

My fiance made the arbor and we are going to decorate it ourselves. We are going a different route than you because we bought floral vines, but you can create the look you are going for with foam. Buy the flowers you want (either fake or real) with the greenery and assemble it on the foam. There are many tutorials online to help you accomplish your goal.

My Fiance and I built our arch, and then I recruited my aunt and friend to decorate it. I ordered flowers, greenery, and metal twine from Sam's Club, and got oasis blocks off of amazon. My aunt brought tulle with her. It took them a few hours to do on the morning of the wedding, but they absolutely killed it!!! I was honestly blown away. They also did some other floral pieces with the leftover flowers. It's definitely doable, just make sure you recruit talent - and don't try to do it yourself if you're using real flowers, as it'll have to be decorated on the day of the wedding.

That's so fun! We're building our arch as well though we have a florist coming to decorate it. We were, however, originally thinking of going the DIY route since my sister has had a lot of practice with arrangements. Make sure you use a foam block with a cage on it so you can mount the cage to the arch, whether via some sort of tie, hook, or nail. I would also look up some tutorials on how to arrange the flowers in the foam since, if you are using real flowers, it can get heavy. But it is definitely doable!!!
