DIY Chocolate Fountain

Private User, on November 11, 2013 at 7:10 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 3

My FH really has his heart set on a chocolate fountain but our venue doesn't offer one in house. Our venue said that we can bring in our own and it doesn't need to be from a licensed caterer or anything. Is anyone bringing or renting their own chocolate fountain! Details please!

    Most event rental places rent out chocolate fountains, or you can even buy them on amazon for about $30. But be careful with a chocolate fountain. Kids have a habit of putting their hands in it and of course it is very messy!

    I think they look cool, but we aren't having one because they're EXTREMELY unsanitary. Smiley sad People "double dip" constantly and seem to forget sanitary basics around stuff like this. x.x;

    My FH also insists on having one at the ceremony. We are buying ours off amazon because I know he will want to re-use it. We looked at renting one and the rental place wanted to charge us $70 to rent one for a day. So we are just going to buy one. We are also having a punch fountain.
