DIY Engagement Party Centerpieces

Centerpieces for our engagement party!!! This is the first test centerpiece - Mom bought different lights so we can hide the battery pack and we opted for fake flowers so they all look full and pretty! I'm thinking we need to change the Vase though .... I feel like it is the focus not the dome and the rose.... what do you think???

I think the glass cloche is the focus. In fact, as far as the vase is concerned, the ribbed design is helpful in hiding the fake stems. I'd leave it as it is. I'd suggest following the round design of the base and putting your four votives at the 12:00, 3:00, 6:00, and 9:00 positions. Positioning them in a straight line isn't helping the piece.

We were just getting ideas and we fell in love with this! Also our invites had a Fairy Tale quote on them so I guess we are going with that theme lol!

We aren't going to do much else decoration wise though just some balloons I think.

Any ideas for something simple but cute ? Maybe some napkins or picture frames with cute fairy tale quotes for each table?
FH and I both have big families that we are very close with so our engagement party is going to be between 75-100 people we are thinking.
