Love them both. But I prefer the second. Any hairdo ends up loosening up, with flyaways and loose curling tendrils, as hours go by. I like it best when they start with something more ordered, and loosen up over time. Like jeans, I don't buy them worn and bleached out, to achieve a look. I know a lot of people do boho looks with everything loose. But I think with your gown, the more formal look of the second would be a better start for the ceremony and pics, and let it naturally loosen up later. Your gown is very fitted and structured. So 2 would start you off that way.
