I haven't been active on here for quite some time. I wanted to share my DIY seating chart with you! Im pretty pleased with how this turned out! I still need to define some of the lettering. Any suggestions? Should I add more gold leaves?
I used painters tape to make a grid and when I removed it I had a lot of blank space. Instead of using a razor blade to scrape all of the names off and make them larger I decided on a whim to add the gold leaves/sprigs.
ETA: I did all of the lettering by hand, I just looked at an inspo photo and tried my best to copy it. I used paint pens. I originally used a basic gold paint pen for the gold and then went over the gold with a gold leaf paint pen. The gold leaf pen is the way to go, it's so much more pigmented. The mirror was a $8 goodwill find and I painted the frame gold with spray paint.
