If by planning your own you mean no wedding planner then I am. First thing I did after downloading this app was make myself a binder with dividers I bought on amazon. I then started a Pinterest board and I keep all my ideas there and in my notebook where my budget is.

2022 is a while off so places may not book that far out so start looking at your budget and venues you like to see if they fit together

I am low-budget and doing pretty much everything myself too. But I set my date for January 2020 so I am torturing myself. There is so much more to think about than I ever knew. Haha. Good luck to you too!

I have been DIY-ing my entire wedding for the last 9 months and my wedding is less than 9 months away. It is very stressful but its easier if you start early and get a feel of what you like. Make appts with vendors, ask questions. If you think of something new? Be meticulous and focus on sections and the details that come with it. Don't give yourself too many choices! And most of all know when to get help. Know when you are reaching your limits.

I have my wedding planned and working on my DIY projects all on my own with my girls and mom's help. I gave my self 2years for the wedding so I did not feel panic on planning it all myself.

Im planning mine myself as well. We got engaged 09/19/2018 and we just put the last of our deposits down a month ago. You can have a perfect wedding with a small budget just think about what things are important to you. Im currently going back and forth on a Videographer due to $. Always think about if friends or family have special talents that can give you the "family" discount lol. My fiancé's cousin is a professional photographer she offered to do our Engagement, bridal, and wedding photos for FREE, his childhood friend is an Officiant and also is doing that for FREE. Remember it is one day and Keep It Simple so you have little to worry/ stress about.
