I designed our Save the Dates on Canva, I am making all of our centerpieces, and we are making our favors!

Just getting started but I plan to make the favors and table decor. Possibly will grow flowers for my bouquet? Also plan to hire a day-of coordinator but do the advance planning myself.

Ooooooooo okay!

As far as crafty stuff and purchasing decor vs renting, we didn’t do anything of those ourselves because the final cost of DIY (between purchasing/online tutorials/etc) was actually more expensive than hiring vendors and renting items. The only décor purchases were custom items from Etsy that we didn’t have patience or skills to make ourselves.


We did design stationary with a local print shop that was cheaper than Zazzle for a full set of invitations and bar/buffet menus. Also located our own choice of venue and vendors. Hired a month of coordinator to tie everything together.

I've made all of our invincible on Canva (best invitation designer). Im also making all of our table pieces (non flame candles and water beads that match our colors), bouquets and boutonnieres, along with signs for our unplugged wedding.

I’m planning on doing our (non floral) centerpieces and invitations. I also might do our bouquets since I want something very simple like roses.
