Diy printing hotel block info

Ruby, on May 12, 2014 at 11:42 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 9

I need suggestions on how or where I should print small cards or cardstock paper with information on our hotel blocks so I can send them out with my invitations this month. I've never printed anything like this so I'm not sure where to start. I thought of going to Kinko's to maybe print cards there but would love to hear what you ladies have done. =)

I would google "wedding insert template" and you'll see a ton of options there. Once you choose a template, you can get it printed for very cheap on something like vistaprint.

I took my invitation to staples and asked them to match to a paper stock. I printed at home using a similar font. (I included mine in STD and invitation).

You could get the Avery business cards and use an online template and just print it on those to put in with the invitations. TinaBobina was wonderful and sent me her extra ones, and I think that's what I am going to use them for! Smiley smile

We did ours through Vistaprint. On one side, we put hotel information, on the other, was our reception information. We printed them on the postcard template and with both sides printed and in color I believe for 50 of them it was $$8 or something like that.

Some ladies on here have used the free business cards from VP as well and have said it works really well!

I ordered the free 250 business cards from VP with the information on them. They weren't fancy, but they got the job done. Paid about $4 for the shipping and made me life a lot easier!

I had typical RSVP cards but also had inserts. I used the print at home Avery business cards from Staples...and just made a little card that said...
