diy Proposal Boxes

Ada, on February 22, 2021 at 5:10 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 6

Hi Brides! I

I hope to DIY my proposal boxes for my bridesmaids and the rest of my wedding party (Flower girls, Ring Beares, etc.)

I love the pre-packaged ones, but they are $$$$ considering the amount I have to make. I am hoping to save some cash in the purchase of the items. Luckily I have a friend with a cricket who will do all personalization but not sure where to buy bulk items that might help me create the boxes.

I will take all tips and tricks you can recommend.

Thanks,

Lots of Love

My entire friend group LOVES the Bachelor/Bachelorette. I bought each of them a bottle of wine and a wine label from Etsy that says "Will you accept this Rosé and be my bridesmaid?", along with a red rose. I put them in cute white boxes from Hobby Lobby and filled the box with confetti. I probably spent right at $15 for each bridesmaid doing this and it was adorable and a huge hit!

This was the label. At the time, they were only $1.95 each from Etsy! Not sure exactly how much they are now, but still very affordable!

    I kept mine pretty basic!
-Cute little boxes from the dollar store for $5
-I got fake greenery for $1 each, also dollar store-1 package of colored gift tissue paper to put in the bottom, $1 for the pack was enough for all of my boxes-little candles from the dollar store, $1 each-little ring-shaped erasers from the dollar store, $1 for a pack and the pack was enough for all of my boxes -custom wine tumblers from Etsy, $10 each-custom bracelets from Etsy, $10 each-hair ties from Etsy, $3 each
So basically ~$30 per box and I only had 3 boxesdiy Proposal Boxes 2

I kept mine pretty basic, $2 face masks, $5 candles, $6 Water Bottles that I used my Cricut to put their names on all of which were from target.

These hair ties from Amazon ,https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07W4GW8TL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

And these card's from Etsy https://www.etsy.com/listing/574078030/will-you-be-my-maid-of-honor-scratch-off?ref=yr_purchases

They weren't much and didn't really break the bank, but everyone loved them!
