Hi. My wedding is in 17 days! I already have all the ribbon cut and it is currently all tied to a thick white rope because I was planning on tacking it to the wall. It is to heavy and my venue does not allow tacking or nailing. There for I am making my own pvc pipe back drop. I already have my measurements BUT HERES WHERE I NEED HELP: From past experience how much of the backdrop should i assemble at home and how much should i save and do at the venue? I have to be able to transport it in a car. ALSO: should I keep the ribbon on the rope and tie it to the top pvc pipe piece or should i individually tie the ribbon to the pipe? I would like to keep ribbon in good condition so it can be reused by my friend. Thanks for any advice
