I didn't print mine on magnet sheets but I attached a couple small strips of magnetic tape to the back of each STD. It was super easy and people liked having them as a magnet.

Oooh I like this idea! Maybe more cost effective. Was it just 2 pieces top and bottom

Yeah - I just put one little strip across the top and one across the bottom. It was super cost effective! We ordered the magnet tape (it might actually have been an adhesive backed sheet that I cut into strips) and then got STDs from vistaprint I believe. The shipping wasn't affected as much doing it this way either, because it wasn't as heavy as a full magnet would have been.

I thought about this but then ended up going with PSprint and having them just print magnets. I found a 25% off coupon on your first purchase on Retail-me-not which made it so 100 3.5x5.5 magnets with shipping came up to a little under $70 (we got ours with the UV coating but if you did without it would be around $55 after the coupon for 100). I should be receiving them in the mail today, I can tell you how I like them once I get to see them but they had good reviews online. To me, It seemed like less work and the cost was about the same once you accounted for ink and supplies not to mention mess ups.

I saw vista print is having a sale atm! I’m going to compare the sale vs using the magnetic strips previously mentioned.

Yeaaaaah Vista Print is like $47.00 for $100 magnets at the moment. This 50% off sale is the way to go I think.

You can do anywhere from 5-10 business days for processing time, it's a little cheaper if you pick a longer processing time. I went with the ten days since I wasn't in a rush, I ordered January 8th, received the shipping notice January 22nd, then they are listed as delivered today so about two and a half weeks all together. The only thing you have to be careful of is staying in their lines (cut and bleed lines) but it was pretty easy for me to use online just took some adjusting.

I received the magnets and I actually really like them. We have a couple of pictures on there the are a little blurry (my fiance argues they're not blurry), I think that is partially my fault though because I saw they were a little blurry when uploading but I thought it was just in my head, so it does print out exactly as it's designed. Vista Print sounds like it's having a better deal right now though Smiley smile

I intended to DIY my STD magnets but then like some other people here have said, Vistaprint ended up being cheaper in the long run. I think with shipping I was able to get 100 for around $60! Good luck!
