So I decided to have a selfie wall for the guests since my girlfriend was really encouraging me to do this and thought it would be fun for the guests. I thought about it and was like 'you know that might work out because it'll give the guest something to do during cocktail hour'. So I decided to just put up a backdrop in the cocktail room and have a basket with some props and selfie sticks. I thought this was the most economical way to do it because I definitely did not want to rent a photobooth.
I received the hanging flower backdrop I ordered from orientaltrading for $15 and it is beautiful! I'm going to create a foam board cornice to cover over the top of the flower backdrop. I'm going to cover the cornice with white coffee filters made into flowers, in the middle I'll have another foamboard with our our name and wedding date. It will be so awesome! I'm excited about this project! Just wanted to share an idea in case someone might be interested in doing something similar to save money.
