So I found these adorable signs at the Dollar Store ages ago - perfect for my beach theme wedding. I had been struggling with what else I should do/add. I brought them with me to my first florist visit - when I got their proposal I near passed out. $150 per table! Our reception is on the (completely covered) outdoor patio that overlooks the beach and ocean - people are going to be looking at that view more than the tables. SO - thanks to pinterest, Dollar Store and Amazon I have table decor that cost just under $15.00! Yay

    They look lovely!

    You can get flowers the day before from your local wallmart - we bought most of our flowers from supermarkets the day before and did our own arrangements. 10 dollars per table instead of 150 Smiley smile Well worth it.

    We also had miniature easels with pictures of locations that were meaningful to us and small plants guests could take home.

    That sounds sweet! We aren't doing guest 'favors', as we are having both a photobooth and a caricaturist - so guest will have those as their momentos. I originally had (have?) sea creature vinyl stickers to put on a glass frame for table "numbers" , and coordinating stickers for the escort cards. However, someone on Wire mentioned that the venue may want table NUMBERS to make waitressing easier (as far as food going to right people) I have sent my gal that question and now wait for the answer before moving forward.

    Perfect alternative to $150 centerpieces!!! I too received quotes like that but ended up going with an independent woman who does florals for weddings with her husband. She did 6 inch vase floral centerpieces for $60 a table. It was worth it to me because I wasn’t having any decor, so I wanted some flowers to make it feel wedding-ie.




    I really love what you created though. I agree, most people will be focused on the beautiful view and the happy couple.
