DIY table numbers

Future Mrs. R, on September 29, 2011 at 10:14 AM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 4

I'm trying to DIY my table numbers in Microsoft Word 2007. I was going to print them from home, I wanted the font in some sort of script. But all the scripts I tried are super tiny. Even when I put the font to 72. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Just keep making them bigger till they are a big as you need-you might have to do like 200 or something.

Try using PowerPoint if you have it - sounds weird, but it works. Just create a text box and type the number in one of those, and you can print the slides - they can be rotated to portrait or landscape in the slide layout. You can change the size to be huge since PPT is meant to be shown on a giant projector screen. I'd use 1 text box per number, but that can get tedious, so you should also be fine using 1 text box per page. (I just tried this to make sure it'd work, and it let me use a script font w/ size 500 - took up the whole page. Smiley smile Good luck!

Highlight the "72" and type over it to make the font even bigger.
