DIY Vistaprint Wishing tree tags

Karen & Rene, on August 31, 2011 at 3:45 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 16

I just received the tags I designed and ordered using Hayley's coupon for 100 free business cards.

They are perfect! I will now add some silver ribbon to hang them and a small pearl too.

I will post pics as soon as I am finished!

Good idea! I didn't think about using "business card" templates for wishing tree notes.

    Yours look very nice!

Very cute! Are you going to punch a hole for the ribbon in the middle, one corner, alternating corners, or any/all of the above?

I will punch a hole in the middle and then leave a string hanging on the back, to which I will add a pearl. Look at the pic.

Yes, they will write on the back of it, with a silver pen. The ribbon will be silver also.

    Look at my tree...

I really love this idea. Is the wishing tree at the entrance?

Very pretty! I simply bought sheets of brown paper, cut them, and punched a hole through it Smiley smile Mine is more a guestbook than a wishing tree.

    I LOVE the pearl idea!

Thank you ladies I got the tree at seventhavenue.com

I am planning on put it at the entrance with the tags, and my mom will have a mini candy buffet there for them to take as they sign.

I also used the free cards from Vistaprint for the Tears of Joy packs I will post those as soon as I am done.

You are welcome Pearline, I did not want a manzanita or branches that looked dead.
