DIY Water Bottle Labels Check it out!!

Esther, on May 22, 2013 at 3:57 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 24

Water bottle labels could be costly. Thankfully, I found great value 24pk, 2pk/$5 at walmart! Along with this, i printed my own water bottle labels at home! Check em out =P Feel free to ask away~

*Update*

Some of you have asked for the template and i've uploaded it on my blog at:

Awesome! Are they self-sticking or did you have to use an adhesive?

Very cute! How did you make the labels? We are making homemade organic bug spray (having a camp wedding) & need to make labels!

Are the labels water-resistant so they don't get ruined in coolers? Those are the one's I'm looking for and found some but they were quite pricey...

Omg!! They will be in our welcome bags & clearly labeled, and not on the dinner table! But luckily even if they drank it the ingredients are all technically edible!

Thanks ladies!! Check out my blog below to see how I made them! =)

@KimP: I ran across the same issue you did. I just decided to provide cups, and buckets of ice. (our reception is buffet style, so when they grab their food, they can also grab a cup of ice if they wish). And I used regular white printer paper. =/ Hope you find one that aint so costly! Good luck =)

@JennaPie: I made all my favor bags from scratch too! Ill post up the blog soon, and will let you know =)

@barbaraL: I used sticky tape. You can use regular scotch double sided tape only if you're using regular printer paper like I did. Sticky tape works best though. *2 thumbs up!* =D

@KimP: BY THE WAY! I ran across a blogger who actually wrapped all her labels with clear shipping tape! They're wide enough, but very time consuming. I was so about to do this but my wedding is in july and i have other priorities, unfortunately. If you have all the time in the world, look into it! Good Luck =)

In case anyone is looking for waterproof labels, I have found this company - they do free samples (they even pay shipping) and you get up to 3 sheets of up to 5 different label types - they have all sorts of paper types including water resistant glossy. I am ordering some labels as samples then placing a small order of labels to get a 3month activation of their design program. I also like their design program allows you to have different label designs printing on the same label sheet.

Nice!! I love them. I bought my waterproof labels from Orientaltrading.com 50 pieces for $12.75. I had them for my Bridal Shower. The label shows my old wedding date, before FH and I pushed it back.

Great job on your labels! If anyone else is needing a water bottle, waterproof, self-adhesive label, I would be happy to help. You can send me your own design if you have something in mind. I have a lot of wedding designs as well and always email a digital proof. Costco and Sams Club are both great places to buy cases of water. One of the two actually has a case of water for $1 off right now as well.
