dj Hasn't Responded and my Wedding is on Saturday!

I am so sorry you're dealing with this the week of your wedding! Was he responsive when you first booked him? If so, he may just have been busy this past weekend with another wedding. I would be worried, too, if I were you so don't think you're crazy. My best advice would be to keep trying him, or maybe even show up to his office (if he has one). I would say to have a playlist ready as a last resort, but hopefully he was just busy. Best of luck!

I'm sorry you have to deal with this. Does anyone of your friends or family member have like a speaker they can play music on or something, just as a backup. If you have a contract that states you paid him in full and save all the messages you sent and take him to court.

Does he have a physical location, like a business store front, you could go to? I would keep calling and texting, but my guess is you won't hear from him.

I would start looking for another DJ and see if anyone has any last minute openings. Worst case scenario, you can get a speaker and make a play list.

See if you can find a back up in case of emergency - perhaps a Spotify and speaker and a good friend who will understand how important it is! It won’t be ideal but may put your mind at ease.
Does he have social media? Maybe tag him in that…

When was the last time you spoke to him? When you signed the contract, did he discuss what should be expected in terms of when he’d discuss the timeline, important songs, etc.? Does the contract say anything about this? I agree with others who suggest figuring out a potential back-up plan and looking at his social media.

Thank you so much! He was pretty responsive at first and reached out to me when there was a month to go, but I haven't heard from him since then. I may need to show up to his office, thank you for the advice!

Thank you so much! I definitely will keep that in mind. I think one of my cousin's friends might be able to help, luckily. Keeping my fingers crossed her responds today, not sure what's an appropriate amount of time to wait for a response
