Hello Everyone!
My fiancé and I are getting married next weekend! We chose a DJ service near our venue and loved the owner! He was great to talk with and addressed any questions we had. We were assigned a DJ from the company and well.. we are just not connecting with him. Communication has not been ideal. There seems to be a touch of passive aggressiveness in his emails. I am not entirely sure why, as I have been very kind in my emails. I recall from the meeting with the owner prior to booking that they keep other DJ’s on retainer. I am considering reaching out to the company and requesting we get a new DJ. My intention is not to be rude or come across as a “bridezilla” at all, but we just do not have a good feeling or good connection with the DJ assigned to us. Should I reach out to the company and see if they can assign us a new DJ or is it too late? I’m not sure what to do. Has anyone else gone through a similar situation with a vendor?
