DJ. Well we are probably gonna rent some speakers and just play music off our Spotify accounts. I have a coworker who DJ’s on the side and he said he would help out.

We’re doing a DJ since we want variety. As much as I love live music, I don’t feel like it would accommodate the musical tastes of all our guests.

My FH wanted live music so we are doing a combination of both. We will have live singing during the ceremony, live music during the cocktail and then a DJ for the reception.

Bands can be pretty expensive and we already don't have much of a budget for one so we will be looking into getting a DJ.

DJ, 1000%. The only people who dance to a band are 60+.

We are having a DJ! A band wouldn't fit our wedding!

Neither! We are just putting together a playlist and my brother will be controlling the phone for the ceremony music and the first, father-daughter and mother-son dance songs.

Band! Live music adds so much. Perfect for our 50’s/60’s reception and guests did dance!

Definitely DJ. That way we can have a wider variety of music to please all of our guests. The two families have very different musical tastes!

DJ, if that. Might just line up our own music like we did the first time around.

Ideally, I wanted a mixture of both, a DJ with a live drummer and saxophone player, to play along with the music and add to the fun. We ended up just paying for a really great DJ.
