Hi all !
i feel like I can’t ask any of my bachelorette guests this - but am I supposed to provide favor or goodie bags to the girls coming ? Nobody has told me this and I don’t know if I’m supposed to ? Please help!

The bride has always given favors at every bachelorette I’ve been to.

In my experience it's whoever is planning/hosting the party who does the favor bag, so the MOH in most cases

I did. They were little "hangover" kits with some advil, little water bottle, granola bar and a thank you note.

Wow, I'm glad I'm reading this. I didn't even know it was a thing. I've never heard of favors for a bachelorette party. Ok, good to know.

This might be a regional thing. Of all of the Bachelorette parties I've been to this has never been a thing. Same for Bridal Showers. I didn't know people did "favor bags" (as if it was a child's birthday) until I started reading this forum.

My MoH did the favors—it was at Disney World, so ears and then hair ties and coozies. I paid for the hotel for everyone for two nights—a two bedroom villa with a huge living room, kitchen and three bathrooms for about $2,000. Some girls decided to stay elsewhere at the last minute, but I didn't feel like I needed to "make up" for them not benefiting in anyway since it was their choice.

Thanks everyone! I’m in Texas and I have been to a handful of bachelorette parties. I don’t remember receiving favors as someone attending. But I might do something small! Glad to hear about what everyone thinks or knows. Thanks

I am the MOH for my cousins wedding and I did the favor bags for the girls and we all collectively made sure the bride did not have to plan/pay for one thing all weekend. It should be your day/weekend to enjoy your last hurrah!

I’ve been to quite a few bachelorette parties, and have never gotten one. Besides that, as the bride you’re not usually hosting, so it wouldn’t be up to you to give the favors anyway. I’m not even sure what you would put in them. I see some of the other girls saying that they’ve received them, but I personally would rather you save your money and just tell me thank you (as you likely will anyway).
