Do i get a band too?

I think with an engagement ring like that, your best bet might be custom - if you look up wedding rings for tension engagement rings (which is how I would describe yours), you get a lot of sets like this, where the wedding band is designed to sit around the engagement ring (this is two separate rings that fit together):

but if you didn't want to go the custom route, the option I'd want to try on first would be some kind of chevron band - like these, that might work, depending on the angle of the chevron:

Beautiful ring! You might need something custom made. But, it will be gorgeous! Talk to a local jeweler.

You could also ask the store your ring came from if there are any bands specifically designed to go with your ring.

I LOOOVE your ring!! So unique 😍 I went the simple route with my band because my fiancé did a custom engagement ring for me and I didn't want to upstage it. Maybe you would feel similarly?
