Do i invite Officiant's wife too?

Are you inviting him to the reception? If so, yes. If not, no.

We're inviting the Pastor marrying us's spouse. But he's also the regular Pastor of FH's church, we see him a lot, and we've met his husband/were invited to their wedding reception (the one for the congregation) last year.

If he has a long drive I think it would be a nice gesture to invite his wife.

Normally you do. But unless you are close to the officiant, it is unlikely that he (or his wife) will attend. After all, an officiant could officiate one or more weddings every week, and really doesn't want to spend every Saturday night partying with strangers.

We invited our officiant and his wife to attend the reception, but they have declined. I think it is common practice to invite the officiant and their spouse to the reception. It is up to them if they decide to attend.
