Do reviews populate first and last names?

Hello, if someone leaves a review, does it populate a first and last name of the person leaving the review for everyone to see? I left a review and I am seeing my first and last name populated, but I am not sure if that is just because I am logged in on my profile. I notice other reviews just show a first name, so I want to make sure it is the same for me.
