Do you call each other pet names?

My middle name is James so he calls me Jamesy. His middle and last name kee Lee was misspoken one time and I said kee wee. So now I call him kiwi. 🤣🖤

My fiancé calls me "Jubbly" (no idea why) I just call him baybay but more often asshole haha

We call each other "baby, babeh, and love". It's weird when he uses my actual name actually, haha.

We're so known for calling each other pet names that people get confused when we use our real names. Mostly just "hon/honey", "sweetheart", "love", "darling", "dear", and those sickeningly sweet things, though. I haven't used "fiance"... yet. Give me another week? (We are that couple in our friend group. Always have been, and apparently always will be.)

I think I actually use his name more than he uses mine, but that's mostly to get his attention. He can "zone" really easily. Also, his nickname/real name aren't an automatic match for English-speakers, and it's SUPER fun to confuse people by using his real name in front of them.

Yes! We always since day one have always referred to each other as babe, baby, cutie, handsome, baby girl and a couple others. Mainly babe tho. The only time we actually use each others real name is if we’re mad at each other lol. Even our Christmas presents were labeled to babe from babe lol

I've called him Sweetie from the beginning because I was sweet on him. Now more often than not I call him babe and he calls me sweetie!

Yes, his is Bear... mine is Buck Buck (Buck Buck came from the Ninja Turtles Movie) .... I had planned for us to go mini golfing while on a trip together, the place which I thought looked really nice (from the pics I saw) turned out to be a run down, dump of a place. I felt soooo bad and thankfully we found a much nicer place to go. The only way that he could cheer me up was to keep repeating the phrase "You wanna play buck buck?" (aka leap frog) .... and finally I said, "You know, that would make a great nickname" and it stuck.
