    We sometimes check in with each other throughout the day. It could just be to say how's your day, or ask a question, or make a statement. I like to be in communication with my husband throughout the day.

    Always. Now his schedule is more rigid. I know about when he gets his breaks and he always texts me then. I text when I have my lulls as well.

    Yes ! Our ritual : sending messages at lunchtime. He always sends me some cute videos of... kittens Smiley laugh

    Sometimes. Closer to always, but since it isn't genuinely "always", sometimes.

    There is usually at least one text of "how's it going?" but we don't always have time to do this multiple times.
