I actually have the opposite problem, I feel like time went by too quickly! My wedding was supposed to be this past July, but we postponed to 2022 due to COVID. Given how quickly the first year of our engagement went, I'm anticipating that these next two years are going to fly by! So many things I want to do, lots of wedding planning, and I also want to enjoy the engagement period for a little longer (less stress now that our wedding is already 90% planned). I'm sure time will start speeding up as your wedding approaches - enjoy every minute of it!

I felt that way - especially with Covid.. I was anxious about laws changing and making us change our plans again and again.


I’m not feeling that way for our big wedding though. We are already technically married so a year from now sounds kinda great.

We were going to get married in summer and with all those changing laws and dealing with family that was VERY stressful, so we moved it to November.

Yes and no! I am 11/15 and am starting to feel like I am forgetting a LOT of stuff. Plus getting stressed out about what other questions to ask, did I submit everything to my vendors... Mostly stressed that it won't be cancelled!

Hey almost date twin!! My day is Nov28th and personally i am FREAKING OUT! I feel like there is so much to do and so little time! I work full time for the grocery industry in the warehouse and am so exhausted by the time i get home that I can't deal with planning i get too overwhelmed. But at the same time I want it to be over ASAP so I can be married to my wonderful hubby!

I know a lot of people said this when I was 6 months, 3 months out, etc. It will fly by faster than you think. I am a 10/3/2020 bride and the last 3 months have been a blur!
