Experts say that going to bed at the same times is a healthy habit in a relationship. Probably because it gives time for intimacy and puts you on the same schedule! But in real life, sleep schedules aren't always that easy to coordinate! Do you and your future spouse go to bed at the same time?...

Experts say that going to bed at the same times is a healthy habit in a relationship. Probably because it gives time for intimacy and puts you on the same schedule! But in real life, sleep schedules aren't always that easy to coordinate!

    Always, if I have to work late he stays up and waits for me or will fall asleep on the cough and then we will go to bed together once I get home. But if we're both home normal times then we go to bed at the same time always.

    Always. I can't fall asleep if he isn't in the bed with me.

    If we aren’t on opposite schedules then yes. So I guess that’s sometimes. Our hours are crazy.

    I'll go with always since it's about 98% of the time. He gets up at 7 for work, I get up a bit before to make coffee so we're usually tired around the same time

    Nope. We have completely different schedules. Sometimes we'll sleep at the same time on his days off, but even then it's hard for him to sleep at that time, so he'll usually go in the family room and watch TV.

    Sometimes. If we're together and I go to bed first, he'll go to bed, too. I'm a night owl, though, so if he goes to bed first, I don't always follow right away.

    Sometimes.

    Our dog is like clock work. He's in bed at 9:30 pm and he HATES any noise once he goes to bed. He will literally come out and make pig noises at us if we are. It's cute and hilarious!

    So most of the time I will go to bed with him and read until FH comes to bed. Just so our puppy is comfy.

    Sometimes. There are a few days a month we go to bed at the same time but usually he is in bed before I am since he has to to work at 4am and I stay up with our 2yo since I don't work until later.

    Sometimes. I wish it we're always, but he's a night owl and it's hard for him to break the habit. He is good about coming to bed if I ask though.

    Always. There are times I'll be ready for bed before him and I tell him he can stay up without me, but he says he gets lonely so he'll go to bed with me and just play games on his phone.

    We usually do. His work is very seasonal, so during his busy season, I may go to be before him. But if we are home together, we go to bed at the same time.

    Yes- even when hes at work. Ill wait till hes off and hell video chat me. And then when hes home well wait for the other.

    Never. I always go to bed way later than him. I can't go to bed at 9pm! That's way too early lol. I usually go to bed around 11-12. I try to be as quiet as possible.

    Heck no! He’s such a sleepy head and will go to bed around 8 sometimes. I tend to stay up later.

    Sometimes! There are times I go to bed earlier than him because he apparently doesn’t like sleeping🙄
