Do you go to sleep angry at each other?

Do you have those nights where you just can’t let it go and fall asleep angry? Or do you always kiss and make-up before going to bed? Do you never, always, or sometimes go to sleep angry at each other? Next Question: Do you go to weddings solo? Start from the Beginning: Never, Always, or Sometimes? ...

Went to be annoyed last night. in the beginning we tried to never go to bed angry, but we learned quickly trying to handle disagreements too soon with a band aid wasn't really working for us.

i prefer to resolve sooner than later, but i find my man is much more communicative after a good nights sleep. so i wait til the next day, and so far he's been a much better communicator, listener, and partner with a little space from the spat.

I totally understand this! Sometimes you need time to clear your head before assessing the situation!

There has been a few occurrences when we do go to bed angry. It really depends on the depth of the fight. We’re both very stubborn people and need that space/air to cool down and think before hashing it out. He’s a Taurus and I’m a Leo lol

We come to a solution the best we can! We both can’t go to sleep until we know we are on good terms. Smiley smile Usually then kiss and say I love you and we always tell each other sleep good. We have also said I know we are both tired and that is why we are fussing, let’s just go to bed and talk about it tomorrow. And that works also.

We fought a lot in this relationship, even over a very small thing. But we made sure not to sleep angry and mad, so we made up before that Smiley heart

Yes, not often. And it’s usually like I know I’m being petty so I don’t say anything but I’m mad about something and know I need to drop it lol

Sometimes it's easier to call it a day and to talk about it with a clear mind!

We never go to sleep angry at one another. If something is bothering me he will not let me go too sleep until we work it out. I do the same with him, all though usually he is not upset at me just co workers.

That's great, Iris! I find a lot of arguments stem from outside tensions like coworkers, family, etc.

No, we do not go to sleep angry with each other. We wouldn't get any sleep if we did anyway so we may as well figure it out. >.< :-D

Sometimes, we try not to go to bed angry in the rare occasion that we to fight or get annoyed with each other. If we are really tired, to the point that nothing is getting resolved or are making things worse then we'll pause until the morning or we're in a better mind set.

In the past, occasionally. Now, it’s rare. I don’t believe in the quote “never go to bed angry.” Sometimes it’s good to cool off and some sleep does that for me.

I totally agree with this! Sometimes you need to sleep on it, others you need to resolve right away!

Sometimes. We try not to, but sometimes you just need time to cool off and sleeping on it puts you in a fresh state of mind.
