We go to bed together. I sometimes nod off on the couch and he will leave me there until he is ready for bed then take me to bed with him.

Always in bed at the same time, never asleep at the same time. We have opposite schedules.

Sometimes. His work schedule is varied, so if it's an early shift we do. Otherwise he goes to bed after me.

We always go to bed at the same time although usually one falls asleep while the other watches TV... we trade off on who starts the snoring first Smiley smile

For the most part. If I'm going out at night and he has work the next morning, he'll already be asleep. I also work nights and I get off late sometimes so he would go to bed before me too. For the times I get off at a decent time, we would go to sleep at the same time.

Almost never. My insomnia seems to that. We always hit vfc the bed together, but hes normally asleep by 3am. Me on the other hand....I finally conked out around 9 this morning. And woke up every 90 minutes. Idk why. I usually only wake up twice. But I'm up by 3pm and that's when I wake him too.

Always! He has to get up early for work and I work in the evenings (opposite schedules) so I go to bed with him to get as much time with him as possible!

Always. We get in bed at the same time. I usually fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow, he’ll watch tv or play on his phone.

Always... we always try to unless he has a late night sports activity (I will normally wait for him to get home and give me my good night kiss before I pass out) . We never did in the beginning, fiance had horrible sleep habits, but I got him used to going to bed with me and waking up with me. Now he wakes up refreshed and has great days at work.

Sometimes I sleep on the couch if he’s up watching a show, but as soon as he’s ready for bed we go together. We usually both go to bed at 1030 though.

We try to, but the hotel is currently short staffed so they have him switching between AM and PM shifts. I'm a night owl (around 3am) who is also a fairly early riser (between 7-8am), while he could sleep for 10 hrs at a time.

Most of the time we go to bed together but I'm more of a night owl and he's an early bird! So I'm definitely still counting sheep when he wakes up at 6am just because on his off days.

We don’t live together (we won’t until we get married), but we try to go to bed at the same time in our separate homes

Nope, I definitely always go to bed before him. He struggles to sleep.

Almost always! But I go to bed (fall asleep) earlier and wake up later, and he stays up later and wakes up earlier. I just need more sleep than he does.

I have to be up super early so I tend to go to bed earlier but here lately he’s been heading to bed at the same time

Not usually but she is trying to make it a more frequent occurrence. I have to be at work earlier than she does so she takes the extra time at night to study. We stopped going to bed at the same time pretty early on because we would stay up for hours talking and laughing instead of sleeping.
