Do you go to sleep at the same time?

We go to bed at the same time, I usually stay up a couple hours later reading.

Almost never. I’m usually in bed 3-4 hours before he is, depending on the day. He’s slowly transitioning back to a normal work schedule though (used to work 7p-3a) so that might be changing!

Sometimes. I wish always but both of our schedules are whacked.

2 different schedules makes this tough. But when were together 2 nights a week. We do head to bed together. Rest of the week. Its text or calls to the one off to bed... And of the others around we tend to slip in to bed for a short time to cuddle before their day has to begin...opposite Shifts are tough. But we're making it work.. The shift thing isn't forever... WE ARE.

No! He’s always sleep by 10pm, i stay up late until around 1am

Currently, my FH and I are on different schedules because he works days and I work nights. But on my nights off, we go to bed at the same time...always

Sometimes we will on weekends, but he works afternoon/evening shifts and doesn't get home until 11:30 PM. I am definitely asleep by that time!

We used to, but our schedules are completely different now. He comes home around midnight or later. We definitely do on the weekends though.

Yes! It's a must for me. After 7 years and one crazy little boy who's almost 5 we need that time at night even just to cuddle up and stay close and show some affection. its super easy to fall into a slump reminiscent of roommates. especially when you've been together years and add kids in the mix. You have to work at keeping that spark and fire alive and that's ok. It's not always going to be a perfect and easy fairy tale but that's life. But once you both understand that you make the effort necessary to put your partner first and with the many hours he works and our 4 year old needing all the attention bed time is about the only time we get every day for just us so yea it's just known it's mandatory. We never had a discussion. Even if I'm having an insomniac night I will find something to do quietly in bed just to be near him after he falls asleep and we've cuddled or whatever. It works for us. But everyone is different. not saying it's the right or only way at all. It just works for us at this point in life.

We sleep at the same time, around 9:30PM everyday, we are not night owls.

Sometimes, lately no because he started a new shift. he has to be up earlier than normal, So he goes to bed and I stay up until I'm tired.

Sometimes! We do on the weekends, but during the week, he goes to sleep around 8pm because his work hours are 4am-12:30pm.

It depends on our work schedules, both of them vary right now; but normally my FH goes to sleep before I do and I tend to stay up and go to bed later. I am quite the night owl. On the rare occasions, we both go to bed at the same time, FH falls asleep before I do.

We usually do! the night i work my second job he goes to bed early because i'm home very late and he works early. any other day we go together
