Sometimes.
We have totally different schedules, on account of different time zones. He's 7 hours behind me.Though when we were together, we went to bed together.

Sometimes, yes. He will go to bed sooner than me because I’m doing some ‘ME’ time stuff. Of course he will come and check on me and ask when I’m coming to bed. Another adjustment I’m making since I’m used to going to bed whenever I want to. He’s retired, I’m still working.

Rarely.
I get up for work at 4:30am.
He works from home, and his most productive hours (he's an artist) are 12-3am.
Every once in a while he'll go to bed at the same time with me, but it's rare.

We always wake up together and go to sleep together! If we have differing schedules that week on of us adjusts and wakes up early to spend some quality time in the morning.
