Do you have regular date nights?

Sure, sometimes! We just enjoy going out to eat together, mostly. Sometimes do something fun, but I really like staying in so cooking together is sacred, to me.

Sometimes. It's really a treat when we can physically go out, since we'd have to get a babysitter for our two daughters. But we try to make it a regular thing to have mini date nights at home. Order food, have some alcoholic beverages and watch movies.

Always. We go on dates every sunday. We both have off on sundays for future family plans.

Never! We try to work one in every now and then, but we have opposite work schedules for right now.

Almost never. and i so wish we did. our schedules are so busy i feel like i never see him. and we co sleep most nights -_-

Always have a date night, once a month, most of our alone time is going shopping which I love to do with FH
