Ray - my FH nephew is named Easton, I have never heard and still haven't heard of it before he was born and now you just said it lol Jude is also a family name but for girls in our family!

We have four girl options:

Isabelle Maiha - means "My God is a vow" and "Dance of the waves" - nickname: Belle

Catherine Rose - means "Pure" - nickname: Cat

Susanna Eden - means "Lily/Rose" and "Delight" - nickname:Lily

Angelina Madeleine - means "Messenger" and "Tower" - nickname:Lina

Four boy options:

Theodore Lionel - means "Gift of God" and "Lion" - nickname: Teddy

Alexandre Christian - means "Protector of men" and "Follower of Christ" - nickname: Apple

Matthew Ethan - means "Gift of God" and "Strong" - nickname: Matt

Sebastion Joshua - means "August" and "God Rescues" - nickname: Ian/Zero

Disclaimer: Not planning on having children anytime soon lol

Our top choices for names are

Boy: Benjamin Matthew (first name we both like, middle name is after my brother who passed away a few years ago)

Girl: Allison Caroline (first name again both like, middle name is my grandma's middle name)

Other names we like: Thomas, William, Thaddeus, Nora.

FH and I have been talking about baby names since before we got engaged.

For a boy we like

Aidan Thomas or Noah Thomas, Thomas is a family name.

For a girl we like:

Clara Yvette, or Ella Pheobe or a combination of all those names. But, I don't think we will make a full decision until we are ready for a baby which is a long time down the road.

Girl= Amaranth Lynn Saxton

I have 4 children from my 1st husband/marriage (I a was a widow when I met my fiancé) that are 18, 16, 15, & 14

I have names I like, but we haven't talked about it. FH is really into keeping the gender (of our future kiddos) a secret and not naming them until they are actually born and we meet them. We'll see how that goes when we actually start TTC.

Boys - Thomas, Theodore (Teddy), and Hunter

There's no boys to carry on my name so I made a promise to my dad to incorporate it since its also a name...

SoontobeMrsK I've never thought about Jude for a girl, but that's precious!! I would love to use it as a first name, but I love Easton too much!! FH was a big baseball player and we just love the name!!!

We have Hayden Preston already - Hayden was the only male name we could agree on and Preston after FHs stepdad. For a girl we had picked out Harley Starlene Jo (starlene after his mom and Jo is my middle name, as well as my mom, gma, aunt, and great gma)

Baby names? I haven't even started thinking about that yet lol. We haven't discussed it but I think we probably should since we're looking at starting to try having children when I'm done with school

I have had mine picked out for so long and now I've realized- oh crap! I need to consider FHs thoughts on the subject! Mine are Hannah Catherine and Douglas McClellan. Catherine is my mom and sisters name, and Douglas and McClellan are both grandfathers. And Hannah is random because the other female names in my family are names awful!

I also like the name Kennedy for a girl and Hunter for a boy

We've both agreed on a boy name and a girl name:

G: Abigail Elizabeth (Elizabeth was his moms name)

B: Jackson David (David is my dads name)

We want three though, so who knows what the third will be because we cant agree on any others!

If we do have kids...

Boy: Aidan Alexander, Matthew Austin

Girl: Alaina Arianna, Tatiana Renee

FH and I don't have the most traditional names (Kirsten and Cameron), and while some folks have argued we should keep the "K" sound as the first letter of our future childrens' names, I disagree. I would love to have the opportunity to name a little girl "Isabelle Grace," after my grandmother and great aunt. I also like the name Dorothea Jane, after FH's grandmother and another great aunt of mine. If we have a boy, I would love to name him Benjamin Arthur, after my uncle and grandfather.

I love old-fashioned names! I'm sure some of these will change as we get older and closer to having children, but for now, I can't think of better names!
