If you are having live musicians or someone playing recorded music for your entrance, it is probably helpful to rehearse it once, but it's not mandatory.

I'm undecided if we're having one of not -- we have three three people on each side, but I'm honestly not too worried about it. I'd rather just rest the night before the wedding!
